The question
Brands often outlive their founders, designers and creative teams. Yet much of what makes a brand recognisable—the reasoning behind its choices, the directions it rejects and the instincts that guide its evolution—rarely survives a handover intact.
Generative AI can already produce an abundance of plausible creative work. The more consequential question is whether it can carry forward the judgment behind that work, rather than simply reproduce its surface.
The conversation
A brand is shaped as much by what it rejects and revises as by what it publishes.

Encoding creative intent may preserve continuity—or freeze a living brand in time.
Not rigid consistency, but the ability to evolve across people, platforms and generations.
